Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, please contact us 24 hrs before your appointment. Kindly note a penalty fee will apply of 50% consultation rate for cancellations under 24hrs before appointment and 100% cancellation rate will apply if notification is only given at the time of or after allocated appointment slot
