Patient education and holistic healthcare are the cornerstones in achieving optimum health. Every individual is unique, thus need to be treated uniquely as well.

What can you expect from a consultation?

When booking a consultation with our doctors, you can expect a detailed assessment into your diet, lifestyle and medical history to ensure that we have all the information we need to find the cause of your condition and how we can assist you in preventing disease, as well as maintain and manage existing illness. Every individual is unique and therefore there is no treatment that is generically used for everyone, instead, we look at your body composition (e.g. temperament, personality) and lifestyle factors to see where there are imbalances that need to be corrected.

A full medical/clinical work up to investigate if there are any abnormalities present. This may include:

- Checking vital signs (Blood pressure, BMI, heart rate, breathing, temperature, urinalysis, pregnancy tests, General exam)

- Physical examinations (clinical examinations of various organ systems to check for abnormalities)

- Referral for biochemical tests/lab/blood tests and other special investigations and analyse reports required for diagnosis

- Specialised Diagnostic techniques specific to Unani Tibb to confirm diagnosis and imbalances e.g. checking the pulse and tongue diagnosis.

-After all necessary examinations and investigations are completed, a diagnosis is reached from both modern medicine and modality specific perspective

- Treatment will then be discussed with you which is also modality specific (see services  for possible treatments) which may include any of the following:

  • Dietary and lifestyle modifications

  • Natural Medicines: supplementation, nutriceuticals, herbal treatment

  • Therapies: Massage therapy, Cupping Therapy, Aromatherapy, more
