Welcome

Our Vision & Who are we are

We are a team of Natural Medicine practitioners who came together to provide the public with an integrative holistic approach to healthcare. Our team of doctors are qualified in special fields of Natural Medicine where they studied a 5yr University double bachelors degree  and registered with the Allied Health Professions Council of South Africa (AHPCSA) to ensure that you are cared for by competent and regulated practitioners.  As a centre we aim to provide you with the professional care you need for your your health. We now have a multidisciplinary team including Physiotherapy and Orthodontics to expand or services in providing dental care and physical rehabilitation.

We strive to promote optimum health and wellbeing by assisting the body's own natural ability to heal. Patient education and holistic healthcare are the cornerstones in achieving optimum health. Every individual is unique, thus need to be treated uniquely as well.

What can you expect from a consultation?

When booking a consultation with our doctors, you can expect a detailed assessment into your diet, lifestyle and medical history to ensure that we have all the information we need to find the cause of your condition and how we can assist you in preventing disease, as well as maintain and manage existing illness. Every individual is unique and therefore there is no treatment that is generically used for everyone, instead, we look at your body composition (e.g. temperament, personality) and lifestyle factors to see where there are imbalances that need to be corrected.

Our Doctors do full medical/clinical work up to investigate if there are any abnormalities present. This include:

- Checking vital signs (Blood pressure, BMI, heart rate, breathing, temperature, urinalysis, pregnancy tests, General exam)

- Physical examinations (clinical examinations of various organ systems to check for abnormalities)

- Referral for biochemical tests/lab/blood tests and other special investigations and analyse reports required for diagnosis

- Our practitioners also use diagnostic techniques specific to their modality to confirm diagnosis and imbalances e.g. checking the pulse and tongue, iridology and facial mapping

-After all necessary examinations and investigations are completed, a diagnosis is reached from both modern medicine and modality specific perspective

- Treatment will then be discussed with you which is also modality specific (see services for what each practitioner offers) which may include any of the following:

  • Dietary and lifestyle modifications

  • Natural Medicines: supplementation, nutriceuticals, herbal treatment

  • Therapies: Acupuncture, Massage therapy, Cupping Therapy, Aromatherapy, moxibustion, tuina, vibrational therapy and more
